First Step
After drawing up a full list of your specific requirements, we agree the terms of reference.

Agreement
To ratify our arrangement, we enter into an initial 3 month agreement which is renewable thereafter.

Research
Once the agreement is signed, I will look for properties that correspond with your specifications I will investigate all available sources of information (estate agents, solicitors, land agents, internet sites, newspapers, local residents …..) I will then provide you with a selection of the best available properties.

Report
A detailed report, including photographs and my personal view on each property will then be provided. In that way you will be in a position to select from only those properties that meet your requirements.

Visits
Thereafter, I will arrange viewings of the selected properties for you. I am also in a position to recommend and, in need, arrange local accommodation for the duration of your visit (hotels, B & B, gîtes...)

Support
Once you have chosen a property, I will represent you from start (negotiation of the purchase price) to finish (signing the contract at completion of the purchase). Throughout this process I will be available to provide support and information to allow a smooth transaction.
